Katherine “Kat” Eagleson
CEO / Managing Broker
Kat is our Managing Broker. She started her career in Property Management in 2005. In 2017, she became the Licensed Managing Broker of Eagleson Properties Ltd, licensed to provide Rental Property Management Services in BC.
You can find her enjoying outdoor activities when she is not managing her businesses in the office.
Fun fact about her: She has a phobia about swimming in oceans and lakes where she can’t see her legs, afraid her toes might become a fish snack!
Succeed Karimatsenga
Finances Genius
Succeed has over 15 years of experience in the retail and manufacturing industry. He holds a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration from Langara College and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Succeed enjoys working in owner-managed companies because he believes it allows him to see all aspects of the business.
Fun fact about him: He enjoys watching rugby and soccer during his free time and he recently got into hockey too
Harshini Palihakkara
Maintenance Coordinator
Harshini is our maintenance coordinator. She is responsible for the arranging of corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance, and liaising between contractors, tenants, and clients. Questions about repairs and restoration should be directed to her – but make sure you’ve tried turning it off and on again first!

Caleb Grunert
Licensed Rental Property Manager
Caleb is our Licensed Rental Property Manager. He began his path to property management over twenty years ago. Born and raised in Vancouver, he began building a foundational understanding of Vancouver real estate development as a general labourer and excavator operator. Caleb felt this avenue would allow him to use that knowledge to give back to the city he loves.
Fun fact about him: Outside of the office he can be found enjoying the outdoors in Port Moody, cheering on his kids at hockey and dance practices, fishing at his family cabin up Indian Arm, or walking his bulldog, Frank.
Charlie Severnay
Operations Manager / Developer
Charlie is our Operation Manager / Systems Wizard. Her goal is to eliminate any unnecessary manual labour within Eagleson Properties and make computers to do all work for us. She is responsible for a variety of other things such as: logging and describing our Business Processes, dealing with graphics or branding materials, managing some of the routine maintenance tasks and providing tech support. Charlie also works for our sister company, AAA Drains.
Fun fact about her: She likes to draw and play D&D in her free time and her favourite lipstick colour is green.
Tomáš Strnad
Administrative Assistant
Tomas is our Administrative Assistant and Data Coordinator. Graduated with Master’s degree in English as a Second Language and Geography specializing in Education from Masaryk University, he takes care of our database and files to make sure all of them are organized for our daily operations. He is also involved in rental and finance operations.
Fun fact about him: He likes sports, especially soccer, football, and hockey. He also enjoys watching movies and TV shows.
