Katherine “Kat” Eagleson
Managing Broker, Licensed Rental Property Manager
Katherine, known more commonly as Kat, started her career in Property Management in 2005 as the Contract Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Managing Broker of a firm catering to high-end and luxury rental accommodations in Vancouver and on the North Shore. In 2007, she joined UBC’s Sauder School of Business to work with prominent business families in the Lower Mainland providing education and resources around the complex and unique issues faced by family run enterprises.
Kat left the University in 2011 to become the proud owner, in partnership with her husband Blair MacIsaac, of AAA Drains: a third-generation drainage company operating in the Lower Mainland since 1959. At the same time, Kat became the in-house uilding manager for a 27-unit apartment building in Kitsilano and rekindled her passion for Property Management.
In 2015, she became licensed under Westhall Properties Ltd. and quickly grew her portfolio to 19 individual buildings, with a combined total of 167 units. Under the mentorship of Managing Broker, Quentin Van Zonneveld, she returned to Sauder to complete the Real Estate Broker’s Business Planning and Financial Management Course and in 2017 and Kat became the Licensed Managing Broker of Eagleson Properties Ltd, licensed to provide Rental Property Management Services in BC.
Katherine, originally from Calgary Alberta, has called Vancouver home since 2004. When not in the office managing her two businesses, Katherine can usually be found enjoying the cultural benefits of the city, or recharging her mind and body with running, cycling, hiking and overall enjoying the outdoors.

Licensed Rental Property Manager
Caleb Grunert began his path to property management over twenty years ago. Born and raised in Vancouver, he began building a foundational understanding of Vancouver real estate development as a general labourer and excavator operator. Working with a variety of companies and trades along the way, he contributed to such projects as the UBC Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability (CIRS) building, the Gordon Smith Gallery of Canadian Art in North Vancouver and a renovation project at Collingwood School in West Vancouver. This widespread experience led him to pursue a career in rental property management as Caleb felt this avenue would allow him to use that knowledge to give back to the city he loves. He is also currently in the process of completing his licensing in strata management in the hopes of further expanding his ability to meet the needs of clients.
Outside of the office Caleb can be found enjoying the outdoors in Port Moody, cheering on his kids at hockey and dance practices, fishing at his family cabin up Indian Arm, or walking his bulldog, Frank.
